If you haven't already created your own hosted blog, by all means do so now. Trust me, you'll find yourself having some fun as you pour your thoughts onto the online page on a regular basis. If you have a favorite hobby, sport, or other interest, consider focusing the blog on that interest. Encourage your friends, family, and co-workers to visit and participate in your blog. Even though a blog typically presents the viewpoint of a single group or person, in many ways it can serve as an online community. You might be surprised by some of the comments you receive on your blog…hopefully pleasantly surprised! Try subscribing to your own blog's news feed using news feed aggregator software such as Feed Demon (http://www.feeddemon.com). Your blog's news feed has the same URL as the blog but with atom.xml attached to the end. So the Music City Mafia sample blog from this lesson could be syndicated via http://mcmafia.blogspot.com/atom.xml.
